For the Few

The valley looks wider from atop the cliffs...

Flinch

Europe sheds all of my blood
And it enjoys that scarlet flood
My countrymen at distance, watch
As they pass at pace of the march
Be it narcolepsy, loyalty, my drink
All be it bring me to some brink
I let this rape pass, ill let it be
Because I know better than to flee
My love, in the other direction wont slide
Even the rage will one day subside
I know better than to abandon
Those I’ve grown to care for in the passing season
